PNC PARK LUXURY SUITE RENTAL TERMS
The holder is admitted on condition that this ticket constitutes a revocable license to enter the facility and observe the baseball game and by use of this ticket, the holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the baseball game (including pre-and post-game activities) to which this ticket admits them. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. The holder grants permissions to the participated clubs and their agents to utilize holder’s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmissions or preproduction in whole or in part of the event to which this admits them. The license granted by this ticket may also be terminated by tendering to the holder the purchase price of this ticket. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, obnoxious, or unbecoming. The opportunity to purchase tickets is a privilege granted by the Pirates and may be withdrawn at the Pirates discretion. Please note that all dates and times announced by the Pirates and/or printed on the tickets are subject to change.
Exchanges & Refunds:
There are no exchanges or refunds once a game ticket has been purchased.
Lost/stolen game tickets:
Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. If game tickets are lost or stolen, please phone the Pirates Ticket Office at 1-800-BUY-BUCS or 412-321-BUCS.

Glasses, bottles, and aluminum cans are not permitted outside of the Suite. Please make sure all beverages are in plastic cups while on your balcony seats
To gain entrance to your suite, please direct your guests to enter PNC Park at the left field gate and follow the rotunda up to the Pittsburgh Baseball Club Level or enter through the Suite Holder entrance on General Robinson or Mazeroski Way. Suites are accessible when the gates open. A suite ticket must be present at time of entrance in order to gain access into your specific suite.
Banners cannot be hung on suite doors facing the concourse. They may be hung inside the suite, but cannot be hung by any means which will permanently damage the suite (tape, double sided tape, staples, push pins, etc.).
GAME DELAY & GAME CANCELLATION POLICIES:
In the event of a game delay and the gates open, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled and your tickets will be valid for only that game date, no refunds, or exchanges. In the event of a game cancellation and the gates open, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled and your sales account executive will contact you to reschedule your game tickets. Inclusive food & beverages will be not provided for the rescheduled game date. In the event of a game cancellation and the gates do not open, your sales account executive will contact you to reschedule your game and event – tickets and inclusive food and beverage will not be refunded, and any additional catering will not be charged until the event takes place.
Parking passes are not refundable in the event of cancellation. Should the game be rescheduled, please hold onto your passes and contact your Pirates Sales Representative for specific parking policies.
I agree to have the full payment of my Luxury Suite Rental paid thirty (30) days in advance of the game date. I have read and understand the information in these terms. I understand that prior to the actual event my credit card information will be verified through a processing bank. If the credit card specified above is declined or invalid, I understand that any additional food or beverage purchased must be paid for at the point of sale with a valid credit card.
