What is PiratesPremium.com?

PiratesPremium.com is the official suites website of the Pittsburgh Pirates. PiratesPremium.com is designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. Premium Suites, World Series Suites, etc.). This website is operated by the Pittsburgh Pirates and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the Pittsburgh Pirates?

Yes. The suites listed for sale on this website are managed directly by the Pittsburgh Pirates.

How is my information protected?

Your personally-identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Renting a Suite

How do I book a Pittsburgh Pirates suite?

To rent a Pirates suite at PNC Park, click the game date you wish to attend, via the Single-Game Suites to see available options. A suite may be purchased directly from the website, with easy steps for immediate payment processing, or you may contact the Pirates Premium Department at [email protected] or 412-325-4444.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guests passes are not available for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, please purchase Standing Room Only tickets (if available). All suite guests are required to have suite tickets.

Is catering included with my Pirates suite rental?

Premium Suites come with an inclusive food package, along with non-alcoholic beverages. If you would like to order additional catering for your group and/or alcoholic beverages, please refer to your purchase confirmation email, for proper catering contact information.

World Series Suites come with a food & beverage credit, that will be applied to your final catering order bill. Upon suite purchase, you will be introduced to our catering team, to review menu options.

Please note: Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the premium areas of PNC Park, including the Premium Suites and World Series Suites. Suite guests are welcome to bring food from PNC Park concession stands back to their suite, throughout the game.

How will I be receiving my tickets and parking passes?

Following your suite purchase, your Pirates suite tickets and parking passes will be digitally delivered to your MLB Ballpark App. You can expect your digital suite tickets and parking passes shortly after finalizing your suite purchase.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. Unless otherwise noted, suites listed on PiratesPremium.com are fully private.

Are suites at PNC Park ADA accessible?

Yes! Suite guests will have access to designated Suite/Club Entrances around the ballpark, providing elevator access to the Suite and Club Levels. Upon arrival to the suite, additional assistance may be requested, to remove furniture and outdoor seating, to accommodate all suite guests.

Payment

Is payment required in full?

In order to purchase a suite online, full payment is required.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be additional catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

All suite sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns with your purchased game date, please contact [email protected]. For more information on game delays and cancellations, please see below.

What if the game is delayed?

Suites are accessible when the gates open. In the event of a game delay and the gates open, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled and your tickets will be valid for only that game date, no refunds or exchanges.

What if the game is cancelled?

Suites are accessible when the gates open. In the event of a game cancellation and the gates open, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled. A Pirates representative will contact you to reschedule your game tickets. Inclusive F&B packages will not be included for the rescheduled game date.

In the event of a game cancellation and the gates do not open, a Pirates representative will contact you to reschedule your game and event — tickets and inclusive food and beverage will not be refunded, and any additional catering will not be charged until the event takes place.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Pirates Premium Suite rentals include a food and non-alcoholic beverage package for your group. If you would like to enhance the package, additional F&B, including alcoholic beverages, may be purchased through Aramark. Once your suite is purchased, we will connect you directly to the proper catering contact. All catering orders must be submitted three (3) business days prior to the game date.

Pirates World Series Suites include a food & beverage credit, to apply to your final catering bill. Food and beverages are not included in your World Series Suite reservation.

Can I carry-in my own food & beverage from home?

No. Outside food & beverage is not permitted inside of the suites. If looking for specific items or smaller portions, guests are welcome to purchase food & drink individually from general concessions located throughout the ballpark and bring these items into the suite.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SROs) for my suite?

Yes! Please refer to your suite reservation, to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased leading up to the game date.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

PNC Park offers complimentary admission to children under the age of two (2) years old. However, we do request that these children sit in their parent or guardian's lap and not occupy an additional seat. Suites can provide a welcomed, private, and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What is the bag policy for the suite (and PNC Park)?

Each Guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark (purses, fanny packs, backpacks, etc.) provided that the bag is soft-sided and 16” x 16” x 8” or smaller. Bags exceeding these dimensions will not be permitted inside the ballpark. All bags are subject to search.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

All suite ticket holders have access to the Pittsburgh Baseball Club, with their ticket. The PBC Level is located one (1) level above the Suite Level and is the same level as the World Series Suites.

We are celebrating a special occasion for one of our guests. Can I bring in a birthday cake?

Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the premium areas of PNC Park, but you may order a cake from Aramark, with advanced notice, to accompany your food and beverage package. Please refer to your purchase confirmation email, for proper catering contact information.

We are celebrating a special occasion for one of our guests. Can I decorate my suite?

Guests may decorate their suite with table decorations and favors, only. Guests may not secure signs, streamers, or other decorations to the walls/furniture with adhesive or materials that may damage Pirates property. Please note balloons are not permitted into PNC Park.

Please inform [email protected] of any plans to bring décor or gifts into the ballpark, as you may need to make special arrangements ahead of your event. Most decorations and gifts will not be permitted at the gates.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your Pirates suite will include gameday parking passes, for a nearby parking garage.

Please have your digital parking passes readily available, when entering the garage.

Where is the best entry for Suite guests to access?

Premium Suites: Suite guests may access the Suite Level, via elevator, using the specially marked Suite/Club entrances (located on General Robinson Street or Mazeroski Way). Also, guests may use the Allegheny Health Network Left Field Gate (Stargell Statue) or Home Plate Gate (Wagner Statue) rotundas.

World Series Suites: Suite guests may access the World Series Suites, via elevator, using the specially marked Suite/Club entrances (located on General Robinson Street or Mazeroski Way). Also, guests may use the Allegheny Health Network Left Field Gate (Stargell Statue) or the Edgar Snyder Home Plate Gate (Wagner Statue) rotundas.

When does my suite open?

Gates will open one and one-half (1 ½) hours before game time for all start times excluding 6:40 p.m. games where gates will only open one (1) hour before game time Monday-Thursday and one and one-half (1 ½) hours before game time Friday-Saturday.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Premium Suite uests will have the opportunity to order additional F&B items in the suite, during the game, from a limited Event Day Menu. World Series Suite guests will have the opportunity to order additional beverages only in the suite, during the game. Each suite will be serviced by a shared suite attendant, that will be able to assist with orders throughout the game.

Suite guests are welcome to bring food from PNC Park concession stands and the Pittsburgh Baseball Club level back to their suite, throughout the game.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Gratuity is at the discretion of the suite guests.

If I have a suite issue, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please alert your Suite Attendant or a Guest Relations member on the Suite Level. Both parties can assist resolving issues and getting an appropriate Pirates Premium Services manager involved.
